Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
• Payment for trips must be completed via Mpesa. A booking confirmation will be sent upon receipt of full or partial payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund:
• - Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.
• - Also, one can choose to join another trip instead of refund.
• No Refund:
• - Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date are non-refundable. However, you may choose to give that chance to someone else to attend the group travel.

Changes to Booking

• Any changes to your booking (e.g., date, destination, or participants) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and a change fee.
• Changes made within 7 days of departure will be treated as cancellations with no refund.

Travel Documents

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid for the duration of the trip. Kadasafaris will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to invalid travel documents.

Liability

• Kadasafaris acts as an agent in arranging travel and adventure services. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any act, default, or omission of any service provider.
• Participants engage in adventure activities at their own risk. All participants must be in good physical condition and aware of the risks involved.

Health and Safety

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate in the trip or require special attention.
• Kadasafaris reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if a participant's behavior or health condition jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of other participants.

Force Majeure

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, etc.), Kadasaris reserves the right to alter, cancel, or terminate any trip. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances.

Privacy Policy

• Personal information provided to Kadasafaris will be used solely for the purpose of trip organization and emergency contact. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary for travel arrangements.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.

Amendment

• Kadasafaris reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to clients.
