Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee. Alternatively, you can choose to join another trip. Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.

Required travel documents vary depending on the destination. Generally, you'll need a valid passport and possibly visas for certain countries. It's your responsibility to ensure all your travel documents are valid for the duration of the trip.

We accept payments via Mpesa. Once you've selected your trip, you'll receive instructions for making the payment. A booking confirmation will be sent upon receipt of full or partial payment.
