You can book a trip through our official website or by contacting our authorized agents. Navigate to the desired trip on our website and follow the booking instructions, or call us at +254701033740 for assistance.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee. Alternatively, you can choose to join another trip. Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.

Required travel documents vary depending on the destination. Generally, you'll need a valid passport and possibly visas for certain countries. It's your responsibility to ensure all your travel documents are valid for the duration of the trip.

Our trips vary in difficulty. Some adventures require a good level of fitness, while others are more relaxed. Each trip description includes information about the physical demands. If you have concerns, please contact us before booking.

We accept payments via Mpesa. Once you've selected your trip, you'll receive instructions for making the payment. A booking confirmation will be sent upon receipt of full or partial payment.
